As one of the St. Canard Towers, the St. Canard Clocktower is one of eyecatchers of the city. Chronoduck made the clockwork at the top his lair when he became a villain.

Upon abducting the Time Turtle and stealing the Hourglass Diamond, Chronoduck retreats to the top of the St. Canard Clocktower. Darkwing does not know where he went, but deduces correctly that a time-obsessed villain would want the clocktower as hideout.
