Neil Ross is a British voice actor with a long and varied number of roles. He's provided the voices for, among others, Edwin Lindsey in Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem, Wally in the Monkey Island series, Springer, Hook and others in the 1980s Transformers, Keith and Pidge in Voltron, Shipwreck, Polly, Dusty, Buzzer, and others in the 1980s G.I. Joe, Hu in Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, and Crossfire/William Cross in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
