April Winchell is an American writer, talk radio host, comedian, and voice actor. She has been the voice of Clarabella Cow since 1999 and among others has voiced Peg Pete in Goof Troop, Tanya Vanderflock in Mighty Ducks: The Animated Series, Terk in post-Tarzan material, Lydia Pearson in Pepper Ann, Cruella de Vil in 101 Dalmatians: The Series, and Sylvia in Wander Over Yonder. She was the daughter of the late Paul Winchell.
