James Jonah "Jim" Cummings (born November 3, 1952) is an American voice actor and singer, who has appeared in almost 100 roles. Some of his best known voicework is for shows featured on the The Disney Afternoon programming block, including the title character of Darkwing Duck, Winnie the Pooh and Tigger in The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Pete in Goof Troop, and Bonkers and Lucky Piquel in Bonkers, Louie in Talespin. He also the voice of Taz in the Warner Bros. Animation show, Taz-Mania.
